Returns & Refunds

Shapiro Luggage & Gifts will gladly accept merchandise for return and exchange or for refund within three months of the purchase date. You may receive a refund or exchange by mailing the product back to Shapiro Luggage & Gifts or by returning the merchandise in person to one of our store locations. Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and with its original packaging.

We will use the credit card information on the original receipt to promptly issue full credit to the card that was use to complete the original transaction. Monogrammed or engraved merchandise may not be returned.

Without a receipt, you may receive an exchange or a Shapiro Gift Card for the current Shapiro price or the lowest price during the last 30 days. The Shapiro Gift Card can be used at any of our stores or by phone.

*We are unable to take returns on any Writing Instruments that is not accompanied with its original receipt.

 How to make a Return By Mail:

 To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment to expedite the process:

  1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number, email address, and the specifics of your return request.
  2. A copy of your original payment of receipt from Shapiro Luggage & Gifts
  3. The merchandise in its original condition and packaging.

How to make a Return at a Shapiro store:

To make a return at any of our stores, please present the original payment receipt and the merchandise in its original condition and in its original packaging. Our store personnel will serve you well according to the return and refund process stated above.
